HOW DO WE WORK?

Constant meetings, numerous at the beginning to establish a social strategy, monthly or bimonthly then. We want to "live" the company, its initiatives, its policies to be able to communicate them better. But we also want to discuss with you the objective results, the statistics of your campaigns, understanding if and how to optimize them based on shared objectives.
You will not pay anything more than what we have shared and you will have a constant framework to monitor the results, an aspect that will also allow you to acquire important information on your reference markets.
Based on the meetings and the editorial plan, the publication of creative content (videos, photos, graphics) is carried out by our reference professional.
User requests and comments are monitored daily: responses are given quickly, reports to your salespeople or to you are timely.
In addition to meetings, communication with your contact person is constant and streamlined, thanks to the identification of a customer manager who follows him daily and who also uses methods now widespread such as Whatsapp.

Have you heard about SEO, SEM, SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAIL MARKETING, GOOGLE ADVERTISING, META or TIK TOK and don't know how to orient yourself? Call us! We will guide you through this intricate world, choosing the most profitable strategy for your business.

Semiotics of new languages

Thanks to the experience and reputation of our team, we have established many collaborations with specific influencers for different product sectors with whom we have been collaborating for years.

What is semiotics? And what does it have to do with branding and marketing?
We could stand here and tell you that it is a discipline that is part of philosophy and that deals with signs, the fundamental parts of any language, verbal or non-verbal.
We will tell you rather that it is a scientific method that considers all things, even the computer or smartphone from which you are reading, as aspects endowed with a sense, with a deep and not always visible meaning.
A method that teaches that Marketing and Branding are essentially languages, forms of storytelling and can be created through a grid of semiotic tools (signifier and meaning, the semiotic square, the narrative model, the scheme of communicative functions).
But don't worry, you won't hear any university lectures.
Our method allows us to be practical and concrete but also scientific because marketing is not posting on a social network, making a website, or creating a flyer.

Neuromarketing

Neuro + Marketing: it's not a buzzword, but a method to do marketing differently!

Did you know that mirror neurons play a crucial role in our lives? Do you know which contents (verbal, visual, moving images) are received first by our brain? Do you know which cognitive errors block purchasing processes?

New knowledge about the human mind, produced by cognitive neuroscience and psychology, applied to marketing and branding allows us to answer.
We have always been convinced that the “psychological” approach is the decisive one: we must not propose what we like or what is simply beautiful, but what can capture the consumer.
Neuromarketing tools allow you to know the consumer, to modify your communication, to touch the right levers.
A scientific approach is always the right answer for a solid business positioning and a dynamic marketing plan!

And on his journey, Ulysses needed to use a lot of psychology…

Brand positioning

Brand positioning is a necessary process to undertake a marketing and communication path: before proposing something to someone, you need to understand what you are proposing (the brand identity), why and for whom you are proposing it (positioning).

Brand positioning uses semiotics, communication theory, and psychology to create a solid foundation on which to build the success of a brand.

Every journey begins here…

Designthinking

Many people ask us if we also do design? If we design creative objects and contents?
Our team also includes industrial designers and this allows us to respond positively.

But for us, “design” has a broader meaning: it means “to plan”, to prepare the conditions so that it is possible to produce positive results that are rich in the future.
Applying design thinking, bringing multidisciplinary skills into play, means designing an entire marketing path, designing the identity and development plan of a brand or product... it means taking into account that every project is a path, a journey!
